Deposits are to be paid by check or credit card within 7 days. Reservations will be taken for water and electric, however location and utilities are still on a first come, first serve basis. Holiday weekends require a 3-night minimum stay to be paid in full at the time of making the reservation. Cancellation Policy Holiday weekends are to be paid in full, NO REFUND/ NO CREDIT Cancellations require 21 days or more notice, customer will receive full credit towards a stay at another time or deposit refunded back minus $50.00 administration fee Cancellations 21 days or less, NO REFUND/NO CREDIT Seasonal rents are non refundable/ no credits. No Show/ Rain checks If a no show on the first night of a reservation, the lot is lost for the remainder of the scheduled time. Holiday weekend no show, stay available for the remainder of the weekend. NO rain checks on Holiday weekends. Seasonal rents are none refundable / none transferable / no credits
